The Coast Water Works Development Agency invites sealed Tenders from eligible and competent Security Citizen Service Provider s for the PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARDING SERVICES to the Head Office in Mombasa and outside stations as detailed in the Schedule of requirements and Tender Form.

Interested Security Service Providers may obtain the Tender document by down loading from the Coast Water Works Development Agency website; www.cwwda.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP); tenders.go.ke, free of charge.

Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 91 days from the closing date. The tenderer shall furnish, as part of its tender, a tender security of Kshs. 300,000. The tender security shall be in the form of a Guarantee issued by a Bank or Insurance Company registered by PPRA.

Bidders shall ensure serialization of all the pages for each bid submitted. 
Duly completed tender documents should be submitted in a plain sealed outer envelope enclosing separately sealed envelopes (in “Original” and “Copy”) clearly marked Tender NO. TENDER NO. CWWDA/T/S/04/2021-2022 For the Provision of Security Guarding Services and shall be addressed to: -

And be deposited in the Tender Box located next Procurement Office, Coast Water Works Development Agency Head Office, Mikindani Street Off-Nkrumah Road, so as to be received on or before 27th October 2021 at 10:30am. Opening of tenders/bids will take place immediately thereafter at the Boardroom, Coast Water Works Development Agency Head Office in the presence of tenderers/representatives who wish to attend. 

The Prices quoted in the tender/bid should be net inclusive of all taxes. Any additional information, addendums or clarifications in respect to this tender will be available in our CWWDA website www.cwwda.go.ke. 

All bidders are advised to regularly check the website during the bidding period. Bidders who choose to download the tender from CWWDA website www.cwwda.go.ke or PPIP website: www.tenders.go.ke should forward their company ‘s details to info@procurement.go.ke so that any addendum/ clarifications can be sent to their email address. 

CWWDA reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the tendering process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers.
